Ruth Smith BA(Hons), GDipNurs(Adult), RN(A)
FACE by Ruth is founded on the very best professional clinical experience, gained from a career as a Military Nursing Officer in the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps. I pride myself on offering a specialist, bespoke and client focused service, offering wrinkle relaxing injections and soft tissue enhancements.
Botulinum toxin type A (commonly known as botox) is a prescription only medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
Dermal filers are used to help fill out and smooth away lines and wrinkles. Working alongside the Hyaluronic acid in your skin, the treatment restores volume and definition to rejuvenate the skin.
A fully trained and insured General Nurse (NMC No. 11K0486E), I qualified from the University of Wolverhampton in 2008 and went on to further study at the University of Worcester, qualifying in 2012. As a Captain in the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps, my career has given me a wealth of clinical experience across many specialities.
Specialising in facial aesthetics, I have completed training with the award winning Medics Direct under Dr Katie Goldie, and Advanced Aesthetics Training with Derma Medical.
